I’m SO excited that Tecovas has come to St. Louis! This is the brand that got this born-and-raised Texan into my first pair of cowboy boots: so much more comfortable than the traditional view of cowboy boots. Combine great products (highly recommend the low-rise boot socks) with a business model built on top notch customer service. I look forward to my next pair.

My family ordered the Cartwrights in python for my 50th birthday, and I was really disappointed when they arrived dry with the scales curled up. We took them to the Tecovas store in Frontenac (STL) to return them, and that’s where the experience turned around. Isabella greeted us immediately and jumped into helping us with the return. Then Blake and Steven stepped in and started showing me other options, doing everything they could to salvage the situation. They both explained how common this issue can be with python boots and reassured me. Blake offered to try conditioning them, and in just ten minutes he had them looking perfect. I ended up keeping my original pair, and they were exactly what I had hoped for from the start. I’ve never had anything less than a great experience with Tecovas, and the service and knowledge at the Frontenac location is second to none.

Stopped in today to try on some boots. This was my first time in a Tecovas outlet store. I was very impressed with the store. It was very clean, rustic, and the display was top notch. I was greeted by the lovely blonde lady who’s name I did not catch. I have heard lots a good things about this brand. Initially, I was just wanting to try on some pairs to see how they fit. The young gentlemen, Blake, was very helpful to me throughout my visit. He even got me complimentary water with a free “Tecovas” brand coozie (small gestures like this really separate these stores from the rest). Blake was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had regarding the product. I was able to try on multiple pairs that I have been wanting to try on. I tried on “The Wyatt” but didn’t like how high it was on my ankle/shin. Then I tried on a pair of “The Dean” and fell in love with the boot. At first I was skeptical about a boot with a zipper down the side. But the fit was fantastic and it was everything I was looking for. The zipper does add convenience and I didn’t even feel it while wearing the boots. Comparing to the Wyatt, it was a little more loose fitting (which I liked) but still felt essentially the same on my foot. After picking out my boots, I was also attracted to the “The Monterrey” which was more of a slip on loafer silhouette. I ended up buying both the boots and the loafers. More on the premium price range, but I’m expecting these boots to last generations. Also, “The Dean” uses exotic ostrich materials. So my boot was at a higher price point compared to a normal leather boot. And if you somehow manage to wear out the sole of your boot (takes years to decades) you have the option to re-sole your boots through Tecovas service. Great customer service and they got a nice crew working at Tecovas Frontenac. Thanks for all your help guys!

Ordered these Tecovas cowboy boots and I love them. Great quality and even better comfort. 10/10 recommend. Looks and feels amazing. Will definitely buy more from them in the near future.

So excited the St. Louis has a Tecovas store! Visited for the first time last month to have a new pair of my boots branded. We also purchased a tote and shirt for my husband. The store is lovely. Wonderful, helpful staff. Overall great experience and I look forward to going back.

Had an amazing experience at the store today. Gabriel helped us find the perfect pair of boots, had them branded, and provided such friendly, attentive service. The store itself is beautiful, and the whole experience was lovely. I’ll definitely recommend it and will absolutely be back!!!

I had the best set of experiences at this store, everyone was great and the assistant manager Steven was particularly helpful. This was my first pair of Cowboy boots and everyone was incredibly patient as I couldn't get quite the right boot for me for some time. In the end, I landed on a perfect pair and Steven helped me find a store that had them in stock and we got them ordered (shipping was free). I've had them in one for a complimentary shine and that was awesome too (of course I bought some jeans while I was waiting!). I can't say enough good things about this store and their people.

Walker at Tecovas provided amazing service from the moment we walked in. He was attentive right away, offered us drinks, and was extremely knowledgeable about all of the clothes and boots in the store. He also took the time to clean up a pair we brought in, which we really appreciated. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful the entire visit. Great customer service all around!

Absolute best boot shopping experience. I have had probably 20 pair of Ariat boots and I like them. But the experience we had in Tecovas-St. Louis was unmatched. They served us drinks, we felt welcomed, the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, the atmosphere was of a Texas bar. I’ll 1000% be buying tecovas in person forever.
